Use email for evidence corrections, privacy requests, technical problems, or advertising.

Submit an evidence correction

Include these four items so the record can be checked without guessing:

  1. The TOKEN RESETS event URL.
  2. The exact statement you believe is wrong.
  3. A public primary-source URL and timestamp.
  4. The correction you propose and why the source supports it.

Accepted corrections appear as a new revision. The previous revision remains visible in the ledger.
